SEMINARS
Our two-day seminar classes asks that all participants bring their own dogs as these events are all tutored with a “hands-on” approach. By experiencing and utilizing the methods learned then and there, members will have a better understanding of what is trying to be addressed between them and there dogs. From beginner through advanced training, these two-day seminars offer a vast impression of the type of training, time, and dedication needed to complete your Versatile Gun Dog. Topics of discussion range from basic obedience (the foundation block), scent pointing, steadiness on birds (wing, shot, and fall ), backing, proper introduction to water work, and e-collars. Advanced training seminars include duck searches, the forced retrieve, blind retrieves, tracking, and handling. All youth interested in learning are welcome at these seminars.
